Instructions For Registration Forms:
- Download the appropriate form
- Complete the form digitally or print it and complete it manually.
- If you complete the form digitally, you must complete the electronic signature field with a guardian and a witness signature (through adobe).
- If you print it and fill it out manually, you must scan it and email to barrelracingangel_101@hotmail.ca.
